Product Description

Germall IS-45 is a solubilized combination of Germall II with Methyl paraben and IPBC, is very effective against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria and against yeast and mold. It is a clear, viscous liquid, is a convenient, ready-to-use complete antimicrobial preservative system with broad spectrum activity.

Germall IS-45 can be used without additional preservatives and is compatible with most cosmetic ingredients, it is ideal preservative system for creams, lotions, shampoos, wet wipes and other kinds of resident and wash-off products, especially suitable for oil-in-water emulsion products with an oil phase less than 25%

Germall IS-45 is is dissolves completely in cosmetic formulations up to a 1.0% concentration over a wide pH range (3.0-7.5), the generally recommended dosage is 0.3 to 1.0%
